General Information
This site was designed and made available for Ridley Motorcycle Owners. Because many Owners live outside of our current Dealer's territory we feel it imperative to make the items on this site available. Currently, when you purchase on this site you are buying directly from Ridley Motorcycle Company. In the future, purchases will be directed to third party sites (Ridley Dealers) where more products will be available. It is the intention of Ridley for Owners to research parts and accessories on this site. By gathering item names and part numbers, you will be able to contact your Ridley Dealer and purchase the correct item(s). In the event you are without a Ridley Dealer (you purchased a pre-owned Ridley, you have moved, etc.) use the Ridley Dealer Locator for a listing of Dealer close to you. If you feel as though you want to purchase items from this site, you may do so, but please read the pricing information below. There is a convenience charge for all orders listed on this site.
Pricing Information
All items ordered through the Ridley Online Store are charged a 10% convenience charge. To avoid the convenience charge, place the order by telephone through any Ridley Dealer. Current Dealers may be located at www.ridleydealers.com .
All prices listed are in United States Dollars (USD). International orders are only available by current registered Ridley Owners. International orders placed by individuals not listed as a current Owner must contact Ridley Motorcycle Company for additional International Order information.
Shipping Information
Orders are packaged and shipped from Ridley Motorcycle Company at 35 NW 42 nd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73118. Shipping charges are estimated during the checkout process. Actual charges may vary. Orders are shipped as items are available. Not all items are available at the time of sale. Backordered items are shipped in the order the purchase was received. Ridley Dealers may have items available that Ridley Motorcycle Company does not. Most backordered items may be cancelled by the Purchaser. Cancellation requests must be sent to Ridley Motorcycle Company at the above address. Include a receipt copy for the item purchased at a Ridley Dealership, copy of your Ridley Online Store purchase confirmation and written request of cancellation.
Payment Information
Payments are not charged to credit cards until shipment has been prepared. Purchasers whose credit card payment has been declined will be contacted for alternative payment. Payment must be received before orders are shipped.
Returns/Exchanges Information
The Ridley Online Store allows returns within 72 hours of delivery on most unopened, undamaged, and uninstalled items. A returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA). For an RA, purchasers must contact Ridley Motorcycle's Customer Service at (405) 525-5400. All returns for credit will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Items damaged in shipping by carrier must be refused by purchaser. When the item is returned to Ridley Motorcycle Company, a new item will be sent to the purchaser.
